You retain full ownership of the data captured from your visitors. Adlea acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your forms comply with local privacy laws (including proper consent for data collection).

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Fees are based on your selected plan and volume. Payments are processed securely. Failure to maintain a valid subscription may result in temporary suspension of your adaptive form logic.

5. Limitation of Liability

Adlea provides the platform "as is". While we strive for 99.9% uptime and accurate AI intent scoring, we are not liable for any indirect damages or revenue loss resulting from service interruptions or data capture fluctuations.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and we will handle your stored data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
