Refund Policy

At Adlea, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience with our adaptive form technology. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Subscription Refunds

Annual Plans: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your annual subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase date. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for annual plans.

Monthly Plans: Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the platform, please contact our support team within 7 days of the billing date for a case-by-case review.

2. Credit Packs

If you purchase additional credit packs (e.g., for lead processing or AI inference), these are non-refundable once any portion of the credits has been used. Unused credit packs may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no credits from the pack have been consumed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Setup fees (if applicable).
• Services already rendered (e.g., custom form building service).
• Subsequent renewal payments (we recommend canceling at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at support@adlea.co with the following information:

• Your account email address.
• Transaction ID or Invoice Number.
• The reason for your refund request.

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed through our payment partner, Dodo Payments. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Account Suspension

If a refund is issued, your access to premium features associated with the refunded payment will be terminated immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that frequently request refunds as a way to circumvent payment for services.
