Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to opt-out of the "sale" of your personal information.

1. Adlea's Stance on Data Selling

Adlea does not sell your personal information for monetary compensation. We do not provide your lead data or behavioral insights to third-party data brokers or marketing lists.

2. What Qualifies as "Sale"

In some jurisdictions, "sale" is defined broadly to include the sharing of data for certain business purposes, such as analytics or improving service performance. This may include:

  • Sharing anonymized behavioral signals with analytics partners to improve form conversion logic.
  • Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics.

3. How to Opt-Out

If you wish to opt-out of any data sharing that might be categorized as a "sale" under applicable law, please use one of the following methods:

  • Email Request: Send an email to privacy@adlea.co with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out Request". Please include your email address associated with any lead profiles.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): We recognize GPC signals sent from your browser. If GPC is enabled, our adaptive engine will treat this as an automatic opt-out of behavioral tracking.

4. Verification

For security purposes, we may need to verify your identity before processing an opt-out request for specific profile data. This ensures we are not modifying data for the wrong individual.

5. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will continue to have access to our platform, though some adaptive personalization features may be disabled if they rely on the data you've opted to restrict.
