  • Silent Data (Behavioral): How users interact with forms (mouse movement, scroll depth, typing velocity).
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information.

2. How We Use Behavioral AI

Our AI processing happens in real-time to personalize the form experience. We do not use this behavioral data for external advertising purposes. It is exclusively used to:

  • Determine user intent and adapt form paths.
  • Score leads based on interaction quality.
  • Sync insights directly to your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce).

3. Data Retention and Security

We employ enterprise-grade encryption for all data at rest and in transit. Behavioral data is anonymized unless linked to a submitted lead profile. You remain the owner of all lead data captured through your account.
